Do you guys talk to yourself?
Sometimes when I'm reading something I verbally respond to it, or sometimes thoughts come into my head and I just talk to myself about it.
Is this normal? I've been doing it as long as I can remember.
I talk to myself when I go out on night walks.

I'm pretty sure it's not normal, but it's not harmful or weird either.

I do this as if i am hanging out with someone. Usually its a time we hung out then i'll start mumbling the response i had when they were talking to me if it was a funny moment i catch myself mumbling to myself.
If I think I'm alone and need to think something through, I'll have conversations and arguments with myself. It's weird, and uncomfortable if someone catches me doing it, but I enjoy it.

I did this once after I suffered a major panic attack... it took me a few kilometers and mumbling to finally calm down
This is completely normal. As long as you're doing it in private at least. Speaking to yourself helps conversational and public speech. The reason people think it's weird is because they don't see anyone else doing it.
