you don't need to have a wok anon. a frying pan is perfectly fine.
you, do, however, need to use overnight rice (usually we just use leftovers), and make sure you do NOT add any water AT ALL. add the soy sauce at the very end, after the little rice bits start jumping and dancing in the wok/pan you are cooking in.

The French toast recipe I got online said I needed to add some sugar, but I didn't have any sugar. But I used my noodle, and I realized that cough syrup is almost entirely sugar. So I added a little bit of the syrup to the mixture, and it all actually tasted quite nice.

I was craving some of my aunt's salmon cakes the other day, but she moved away. So I asked her to text me the recipe and she did, I made them and it was pretty damn tasty.
