Yes. Sleep all day with a bucket nearby. Drink ice-cold waters, especially if you have some of that propel or gatorade powder to put in it. Start staying stocked up on propel powder. Later, eat a simple meal like chicken noodle soup. Most of all, don't be a fucking pussy.
