I got fat cause I started taking medicine that slows metabolism and then eat fast food for a whole month while I was in the hospital, parents were trying to make me feel better but got me fat. I was originally 125 lb on the cross country team and track b4 I got fat, but since my condition was so bad I had to quit the team. I now run every day 3 miles but I'm never going to lose the fat cause I'm still on the meds

6'2" used to be 230lb all fat no muscle. Starved myslef for 3 months and lost 30lbs. I lost what little remaking muscle I had left but I've been doing light workouts and have regained most of it

I'm fat but have lost 18lbs in the last 4 months. People are starting to comment on my muscle, but I'm not big at all. Feels weird because I take their overly nice comments as sarcasm as I'm not used to it.

I literally convinced myself that eating was disgusting so any time I would see or smell food I would feel nauseas. I could usually only stomach one small meal a day. The only part that really sucked was startijg every single morning off by either dry heaving or puking for 5 mins. It probably sounds worse than it was it wasn't too bad and kinda worth it tbqhwy
