Does anyone here prefer male ASMR videos. I'm straight, but I've never got anything from listening to female ASMR.
I also mainly listen to role-plays. Not because I like role-playing, but it adds a sense of realism to the video. A video of a doctor's exam feels more genuine and compelling to me than someone just brushing the microphone or making random noises.

I agree with you for the most part, though the quality of the voice is what does it for me.
DelucaASMR, Duff the Psych and MassageASMR I think along with him are some of the best in this category.
Some of my other favorites consist of channels that are more "up-and-coming". These videos might be lacking as far as production quality. No lighting setups, using microphones built-in to the camera, and some are even raw takes from the camera without any sort of editing, but they're well done and make up in comfiness.
