Yes, life is a constant struggle. No matter if you're the poorest woman or the richest man. I struggled for years with finding meaning (and I still am), but I have recently started reading the bible and praying. It surprisingly has done wonders these last couple of months. I've quit all drugs besides the occasional opium and alcohol.
I randomly buy cigarettes, and smoke a pack in about a week, then wait a month or two before buying some again.
I drink coffee once every couple days, just because I enjoy it. Not dependent on caffeine by any means.
No consistent vices, which is nice.

Kroger's unions are insane. My mother worked there for 20 some years and now my one friend is going to be a lifer there too. He's so depressed about it. They pay shit but give you pay raises often enough to make you second-guess quitting to do something else.

Sounds to me like you decided to be a heroin user three years ago. Maybe you had control over yourself back then and could make a real decision to continue or quit, but I wouldn't credit too much free will to you now, a whole three years later. You can be honest, are you addicted or not? You keep relapsing right? Isn't that what you mean by sober on and off 3 years? Do you really have a choice in that. Try to find the truth.

I used to do kratom but I couldn't get in enough for the effects while not throwing up. Some people seem to balance it. Me, not so much. And nicotine on top of it? Iron stomach right there. Must be the weed.

The truth, as in if you wanted to prove that you didn't have horns on your head you would simply feel your head for horns. That sort of truth, you know, the dictionary definition of the word truth. Your automatic reaction to certain words serves as a detriment clearly. When I said try to find the truth what I meant to say was don't bullshit me, and especially don't bullshit yourself. Drug addicts love to bullshit and to not tell the truth to others and themselves. A 6 month relapse after 2.5 years sober, in other words you no longer had any physical withdrawal symptoms for 2.4 years at least, and made a bad choice. You made a low IQ choice and got addicted again, cost you 6 months of your life.

Different, but more resembles an original. The onset is relatively immediate compared to most whites I've tried while not dripping excessively like an original. They got it right with this one. Ideal in terms of potency and taste, too.
My strategy with kratom is to take a teaspoon and mix it with the least amount of water as possible. Hold my nose and chug it down in 5 seconds. Never really came close to vomiting, though I can definitely see how it might trigger that reaction. And nicotine with kratom is a recipe for disaster, you're right. That comes after it dissipates, which is only an hour or two.
