What do you mean by full body? There's isn't really any very effective armor to protect your entire body. Normally just a steel plate coated by light armor to protect your chest/torso and head.

You can buy plate carriers with plates from many places. HGSI, Condor, just to name a few. Fucking google 'plate carrier'
AR500 are budget plates but they are shit because they are made of steel, heavy, and spalling is bad. Ceramic plates are better but way more expensive.
Any other kinds of "armor" you see people wearing is just kevlar padding to protect arms, elbows, knees, balls, neck, and legs from shrapnel.
