Absolute jackshit in recent times, I work a little and then knock myself out watching anime or playing vidya until 3a.m.
>How is it going?
Well, see above. University I manage somehow, because it is main priority, bit everything else is completely fucked. All my applications got rejected and my motivation is vaporized. Did not draw in quite a while now, absolutely no idea where I should begin. Threw my training out of the window not too long ago, my body literally crumbles apart.

I have a ton of work I should be doing, but the force which pulls me back into bad and in front of the computer is getting stronger every day.
Send help.

Your health is probably the most important thing you have. Mental or physical, if you get sick the difficulty of your life can spike tremenderously and it might just be this one push which it needs to make you fall. Although a severe sickness can be enlightening, do not let it come that far, you will heavily regret it and wish you would have killed yourself long ago.
Aslong as you are healthy and stable you can turn everything around. Eat your veggies, sleep well and excercise anon.

All women care about is that you look decent, that you like to drink, that other women are interested in you and that you wanna fuck them. The big issue is that there aren't many girls that wanna bang with a guy who isn't banging any other girls. Once you find the first chick, you're pretty much set, but finding her and keeping her can take years.

Lose weight, quit abusing substances so much.

I walk 8-10km's almost every day, and eat low calorie food.

I've lost 10kg (roughly 22 pounds), and I'm feeling a lot better. Cut out junk food, only drink water now. As for the substance abuse, it's a mixed bag. I get the urge to drink every day still, and I slip up once every fortnight or so. The regret doesn't feel good at all, so I exercise even more to get rid of it.

If you have trouble motivating yourself, channel every one of your frustrations into working out. If you hate yourself, take it out on your body. If you hate your stagnant, lethargic lifestyle, go for walks. If you've started to hate your hobbies, they'll become fun again once you partake in them after wearing yourself out.

self improvement is an individual activity, performed through exploration of niche subjects. music, studying history, the sciences, working out, etc... all of these examples have boards dedicated to them, no reason to go to /r9k/

Started eating more and healthier.Was pretty much exclusively eating microwave meals before like a week ago

the eating is fine, food is tasty and I found I can just eat more than before. I started riding a bike 6 moths ago for cardio and only just started doing weight training today. Felt the burn as they say so I feel like it's actually working, you know? Like before I did shitty pushups for a bit and cruches and I'd get tired but then nothing for months. Now I feel like i'm on track if I do this everyday.
any advice /r9fit/?
