If anything, they better have a warrant to search my premises otherwise they're illegally trespassing as there is no probable cause to search my premises. But I do own my place. I built a cabin on land I bought for cheap really long time ago before I became disabled with MS. And no, they can't force me out unless they have probable cause. If that's the case, they have to detain me and do a search. They have to have a very good evidence to detain me in order to do a search without a warrant. And what would they have in this case? Nothing. I'm not doing anything illegal.
