You are seriously fucking retarded. Fapping helps with concentration, nofap makes it much worse.
Also the fatigue is well known side effect. I only take half an Adderall each morning before lifting and cardio, then take the rest of my pills. It doesn't even affect me by splitting the dose that way. With diet and sleep on point the come down isn't so bad.
If you have ADD then get on the shit at all costs. It completely turned my life around.

I went from being afraid to put stuff down for fear of losing it forever and rereading the same paragraph 10 times because I kept zoning out to making all A's, getting a perfect routine, all anxiety disappearing and acting like an alpha talking to people, and more. All without trying too, it's like shit just happens, good luck in a pill. Vyvanse was my favorite but lasts too long and is expensive. Adderall only lasts a few hours so if I just want to take one pill instead of 3 I have the option. It's not without side effects but it's worth it since I went from a total spaz to unlocking my full potential. I don't see how people get addicted though. Mont days I take only 1 or 0.5 a day, and have for years. You know if you're an addict before you even touch drugs. Drugs have nothing whatsoever to do with addiction. That's just my autismal soap box though. I'm butthurt I need a Dr when I could have done this OTC back when I was still a teenager.

Just remember guidelines online are usually written by complete retards, use the same shit doctors use for dosage. Taking too high can be as ineffective as too low a dose. They take it to tweak out. You don't need 90mg amphetamine to write a paper. 15mg is much better. Start at 10.

It was about ADD, which amphetamine is the best drug for treatment, methylphenidate isn't used much because it's less effective and has worse sides. Cocaine is an anesthetitic and only used for surgery and some dental procedures. I said I do cardio before taking my full dose. You sound like you could use a prescription since you lack the reading comprehension to even figure out what the thread is about.
