After I have the two biscuits in the freezer for my first meal and chicken breast and pierogies for my second, I have no idea what I'm going to eat for the rest of the month. I could eat whole grain rice, but it's just so unsatisfying. Pasta is only satisfying if you eat loads of it and the same goes for peanuts. I could just eat snack foods like crackers and chips but fuck that. I guess I'll just have to make do with pasta, peanuts, and rice. I really shouldn't be complaining.

Actually I completely forgot about the chicken drumsticks in the freezer, that'll give me two meals at least. But how am I supposed to weigh them? Do I subtract like half an ounce due to the bone? Or does it really not weigh enough to make a difference?

your better off boiling the drumsticks on a low heat so the meat detaches but not so hot the collagens shrink and squeeze out moisture making the meat dry.
remove the bones and continue to simmer and add any other veg or dices potatoes lying around or other things like pulses. then stir in corn starch to thicken a little.
that broth will last longer and the fluid will fill you up more than just the meat. any thing else you added to it will only increase the number of meals you get out of it.
