sometimes when i'm very depressed-angry i've used to punch walls in my house, then one time when i was a bit drunk (but not very drunk) in a club,all the people kissing each other, dancing each other , no girl wanted to dance-talk with me, and social anxiety made me very very angry and repressed, so i went to the last door of the bathroom, closed it, and punched the door as hard as i can, twice... hand started to bleed, and i wasn't able to close my hand for 3 months, also the pain lasted 3 months.

It's funny, I've only done it in the psych ward, because outside of there I have other ways to relieve my anger. I've bashed up my knuckles to the point where they were still bruised and my hand was still stiff for like three days. The walls are cement. I still managed to put a good dent in one with a single good punch.
