that happened to me a few months ago. Nothing uusual just browsing 4chan while listening to music on youtube. Tech said that the motherboard broke, and because of planned obsolescence, no working replacement parts could be found. I'm sure some of you who know about the internal hardware could have fixed it, but I ended up just buying a new computer which cost $50 less than the one I bought 5 years ago and has twice as much RAM
