I used to eat like everyone ITT for years, and I ended up getting psoriasis because of it. It sucks, but it's also kind of a blessing in disguise. If I break my (relatively) healthy diet for more than a day or two, my scalp becomes greasy/flaky as hell and my hair feels like straw and starts shedding. It's a good incentive not to. Lost 25 lbs. because of it.

Diet mountain dew and my diy pwo blend(10g bcaa, 6g citrulline malate, 5g creatine monohydrate, 0.1g caffeine, 5mg amphetamine) for breakfast.

Brotein shake in milk after, 1qt milk with 2 scoops dymatize strawberry.

After errands I drank another brotein milk and made up some delicious Walmart frozen ravioli with cheese(actually has more protein per serving than beef while being cheaper, read your labers) and some hunts pasta sauce with browned ground beef, side of garlic and wine broccoli with a little parmesan.

I still haven't eaten dinner but I need at least another brotein shake. Fried cheese sticks is pretty good to sneak the calories in after you've hit your protein goals. 200g is enough to where the body uses it all for gains and burns the rest as energy or fat.

Gaining weight is hard as fuck but /fit/ keeps talking of this Mk677 that apparently increases appetite greatly. If I can consistently get in 4k+ calories a day I will start roiding. I just want to train my stomach first so I don't get laughed at for anorexic abs. I love training but fuck eating. They don't know what it's like being a robot. Some of them actually talk about trying to lose weight like they're some kind of fatass rebbit tumblr cunt.

Oatmeal has too little sugar if anything. He means the grain, it's a complex carbohydrate so technically sugar but it's not sweet at all. I make mine up the night before with milk and frozen blueberries for sweetness. You can use peaches or some other poorfag frozen fruit though is $6 a big ass bag is too much.
