get an air conditioner or swamp cooler you dingus. fans just re-circulate the air, which can actually be worse if temps rise to ~100 fahrenheit or higher, because the fans just keep blowing air on you that's hotter than your internal temperature (98.6) and actually speeds up heat-related exhaustion n shit
In 2013, I dealt with this, as well as heat in Dubai and then, the next year, Delhi's big heat wave. 120 degrees every day for almost a month straight, along with terrible humidity.
