I gave up soda a few years ago. At the time I weight 240 and I've lost most of it since. Besides, cold water goes with anything.

gave up on shitty diet when I decided to work on getting /fit/ 4 months ago. I drink only water, coffee and milk and eat complex carbs, lean proteins and lots of veggies. feel the best I ever felt, less moodswings and mindclouds~

Why bother. I eat literally whatever, would even eat and drink stuff I found around the city for a period, and I'm still fine and thin.
I should probably start brushing my teeth though. The thought of the effort brushing them even once would take literally paralyzes me.

Keto is safe desu I did it before.
You will drop the weight pretty rapidly, not just at first but throughout, because its hard to eat a lot of plain protein and low carb veg every day. Your hunger will die a brutal death.
That being said, it does get boring as fuck but w/e.
