The only advice I would give robots is to work out. Theres no reason you cant be a bitter neet and have a hardened body and mind. You dont even need a gym you can do it at home.

I worked out at home. I got stronger but I didn't get any bigger, well, not by much.
Working out every day or even every other day takes a lot of motivation that robots do not have. If you're doing it for 30+ minutes every other day it gets taxing when you see little progress after newbie gains.
