The sad truth is that you must strengthen your back. See a physiotherapist, if you can afford.

Massage and rub your front. Pelvis, pubic bone, abs, all of that. Sometimes back pain is because it's doing the work the front of your body should be doing

I can't afford. Do I just have to suffer through it until it stops hurting? It gets really bad I don't know how to keep it straight for so long.

I guess you could do exercises that are good for the back, like chin-ups, push-ups, and barbell rows.
I looked up about push-ups, and, apparently, it helps a muscle called the erector spinae, which is about posture. I'm not an expert, though, so, yeah.
You should strengthen your core some so that you're able to engage those muscles without pain.

Ignore the talk about yoga and pilates, it's not relevant.
You should also get some back support for your seating so you're not tempted to slump over. Your body will thank you.
