Because all I have are nightmares and wake up 3 times within a 6 hour period. I (lucid) dream just about every time I sleep. I wrecks my whole day.
Also. I wake up BEFORE my alarm goes off everyday. I don't even have to use one now.

This is one downside of marijuana, no dreams. How am I supposed to psychoanalyze myself without knowing my dreams? It's really tough to not use when you have insomnia.
My dreams are nightmares usually. And I'll wake up at exactly 3AM. I think ghosts haunt me. I'd record myself sleeping but I'm afraid of what I'll find
