Do you think there are people just generally unfit for life? I'm starting to think I just don't have the basic skills necessary for adult life. Can't cook, can't do taxes, weak as fuck, can't focus on important things, can't manage deadlines, easily bored, introverted to the max, very low drive to do anything, pessimistic, self-critical if not self-hating, tired all the time, the list just goes on and on. I think I'd do ok if I at least could work or study effectively, but no. What do besides the obvious an hero? I have little reason to go on desu, but my parents are decent people and I don't want to crush them with a suicide.

All I can say is try to stay active, be busy with something to take your mind off it, even if your every instinct is to just do nothing. And if your parents are good people do let them help.
