You are trying to portray magnesium as some type of catch-all wonder drug.
You know what helps to fight off the demons? You toughening up and facing them head on. I have mental problems, I live with my brother who is a full blown schizophrenic on top of him also being very immature with his personality/behavior. My genetics are shit, but I feel better now than I did years ago, when they put me on medication for a bit.

I haven't taken any madications since I was 13 when I took antibiotics and other shit they forcefully injected into me when I had appendicitis. If I get a cold or a headache I just wait it off, passes off eventually.
