This is honestly 100% it. I guarantee you the vast majority of people on here grew up just being shit on constantly. I am not talking like you're being bullied 24/7. What I am talking about here is that you have experienced in your life, nearly every single person you've ever met, put you down for something, at least once.
Even if it's just something small, it all adds up. The people who make these comments to you might not see it as a big deal, they don't really mean you harm, it's more so backhanded comments or just sporadic out of nowhere insults, but you experience it so often that you never really recover in between each minor event. The only we can over-come these problems is by trying to integrate back into society. That in it self, is impossible. Why is it impossible? For you to obtain decades worth of practice in socialization takes others who are willing to participate with your lack of social skills and experience. Most people do not have the time in the day to do this, you will get brushed off almost immediately ostracized due to the fact your horrible social capabilities will be very obvious to those around you. The average person feels very uncomfortable when faced with someone like that.

If you want to learn how to read body language, there are books and conferences on synergology, they helped me and I'm sure they can help you too.
You should also go out more, observe how neurotypicals act and when you're about to do something that could turn awkward, think back and ask yourself what would those people do in that situation.
Take acting classes eventually, this is a great shortcut in learning how to act like someone you're not.
But most important is to have at least one social hobby. It can be martial arts, comic books conventions, video-game tournaments, dance lessons or just walking your dog in a park. Anything goes as long as it gives you the opportunity to learn the specific etiquette related to that hobby and a chance to display some knowledge on something others might actually be interested in.
I know all that will feel exhausting but it is a small price to pay in order to fight the alienation that comes with an handicap such as autism.
