All I do is fuck myself over. I don't do the best I can to attend job interviews, I knowingly spend my money on things I know I shouldn't, I corrupt relationships knowing I need those people in my life (not romantic relationships, I've never had a gf) and the list goes on.

I was. I was a heavy opiod user for a while but I decided to get clean 4 months ago. It's fucked up but I miss the chaos.
Did you really write "I love me" backwards on the wall, or did you have to flip the image when you learned how mirrors work?
