I'm 5'8, living in the US.
I've spent so long being insecure about my height, but just recently, I actually went outside for a long while and focused on people around me, noticing just how many of them are just as short as me, if not far shorter. A rather small amount were actually a significant amount taller.
Nobody looked at me funny or made fun of me like I'm always fearing and expecting.
It's almost like 5'8 actually is average height, huh.
WHY DO YOU GUYS LIE TO ME.

You can be a god in many parts of the US. This is a side effect of the manlet invasion. I am only 5'11 but I walk through a major mall on the east coast and often I don't see a single person taller than me.
