Well dude, I do it all the time. I've done that method with two girls and been fine each time, although after we broke up the first complained about it. If you're smart about it she literally can't do anything because she'll have no proof (no bruises, etc). Its not about physically wounding her, its about scaring her.
The real secret is what you do after you slap her. Don't let her leave until she wants you to fuck her. It might take an hour of your time but its worth it. After the first time she gets more used to it.

Keep pressing this. If she gets angry, do NOT retaliate. You may show your sadness now; ask her what she's trying to accomplish by getting angry/yelling at you now/etc. You can even apologize; say you know this may be dumb, but you can't deal with this, and you don't know what to do.
Lastly, if she attempts to now cave and salvage, ask for a CONCRETE PLAN. Include in this a way to give feedback when she makes you feel like that again, as well as exact behaviors (WITH EXAMPLES) you want her to work on. You can even make some promises in return, assuming you're OK with those.

It happened this morning. She was on her phone in bed, I woke up, saw she was watching snapchats, then her ex lovers snapchat came up. I got a bit annoyed and asked her why she still has him on there and why she's watching his stuff. She said she didn't talk to him and that "he added her". I said I didn't like it and to remove him and she didn't want to, so I went grabbed her phone and did it myself. I just became silent after the fact and she was obviously upset in her behavior because I yelled at her to give me her phone. By my estimation, she probably feels threatened, pressured by this behavior which she sees as controlling.
