not if they're any decent. they'll scab over, turn to the pinkish 'somewhat healed' color and feel like skin, then they'll fade, but they'll still be a slightly lighter color than regular skin.
some people have taken to some means to try and make them go away at least a bit more, or cover them up, but to my knowledge what works best is tattoo over them or maybe lemon juice a few times
