>get a vaccuum cleaner and use it to get rid of dust and small shit
>get a mop and start cleaning your floors
>open window to let out smell and let in fresh air
>clean flat surfaces like tables and shelves with a clean rag
>wash clothes and sheets in washing machine
Do this regularly.
Use gloves if you find it disgusting to touch trash.
