these four are much more important, I got my ass kicked in my first fight because my mind was going apeshit and I was pissed because I didn't know what to do I just knew I wanted to hit this guy.
After about 3 fights I started winning because I realized getting beat up doesn't hurt very bad and I'll probably be ok either way so I stopped getting nervous. Plus I was taught how, and to keep your mind calm and focuses on the opponent not on reasoning. And to hit for the sides/knees/lower back and if you have to hit in the face hit in the ears as it causes disbalance.
If you go into a fight with a calm head and this in your mind you'll probably win because really no one knows how to fight and when it comes down to it most people are afraid of losing.
