Honestly I felt the same when I started working out for the Army Physical Tests. So I went out very early 4am-5am with my tracksuit on, sneaked onto the sportscourt of my old school and started training, and went before school started.
Later I went during daylight but that was because of summer holidays. But I noticed people where looking at me because I jogged in a dirty tracksuit. And I stoped caring.
