I'm banking on Financial Aid so I don't get swamped with debt though. What are the super unrealistic things you want to do as a career? Maybe you can take classes that point in that direction, it's a good first step, and a lot of unrealistic goals seem less unrealistic when you're on your way to them. Singing seems like a really nice talent to have though, but it could be tough to get lessons without having to pay a lot. You should take courses for writing if you're going back to school. Even if it doesn't lead to a professional career, it's still good to know. And reading books is fun.
You could combine all of them into a singing video game streamer/youtber, who writes reviews of the game after he's done. I'd watch it.
