Hybrid 5x5 Program sort of a mash up of loads of cited ones.

A: 5*5 Box squats, 5*5 Press, 1*5 Deadlift (Weighted dips 4*10)
B: 5*5 Box squats, 5*5 Bench, 5*3 Power cleans (Weighted chins 4*10)

I use the box squat to advance my free squat, really struggle out of the hole so I do 4 weeks on box squats 4 weeks on regular squats.
