Why the hell do they prescribe benzodiazepines for social anxiety? All that hit does is make you tired/sleepy. Stimulants remove social anxiety and actually work. It's bullshit people in physical pain get prescribed stuff that works while people in mental pain get bullshit.
Alcohol is much better than benzos. The only reason people think Xanax works for anxiety is because of addicts suffering withdrawal from it.
I have bottles full of Xanax that I'll probably end up re-selling. The effects weren't worth the risk.
