It was really hard quitting for me. I did it cold turkey. I was about 4 cigs into a pack and knew it was time to quit after many years. The first few days were bad, but I powered through it. The next week I went camping away from everything and it was easier after that. I still craved them for about 6 months after quitting but I feel so much better now.

Are you addicted to menthols? Studies show that they're more addictive and you'll have a worse withdrawal if you smoke them. You can google it if you don't believe me. Try switching to non menthols for a week if you smoke them.
I used to be obsessed with anal. At one point in high school, I was having more anal than regular sex.
