If you define normalfag lifestyle as having a huge circle of friends and being out there most of the time, possibly partying and doing similar things, then you're most definitely not an introvert if you want it. As someone mentioned earlier, a shy extrovert is much more likely to desire that lifestyle.

Actual introverts needs quite a lot of downtime from others and are fine with a very small circle of good friends that they see now and then, and prefer having much of their time to themselves in order to recharge.

tl;dr: Shyness, awkwardness and social anxiety aren't exclusive to introverts.
