So I just found this bird.

All he does is sit still and breathe deeply. I brought him water and food and he didnt want it. I even spilled some water on his toes and he didn't react. I snapped my fingers and whistled and still no reaction. I first saw him a 1 or 2 days ago hiding in a different spot about 80 feet away and when I approached him he didn't move, and I thought nothing of it. But now when I saw him tonight, I'm really worried. I don't think he can fly and it looks like his fluff has covered his eyes because I can't see his eyes at all. What's wrong with him? Is he not eating because he wants to die? Is he autistic? What should I do?

its porbably still kinda young given it still has its fluff on it. I guess best course of action would be to google what to do for found young bird wont eat or drink.

it looks very much like something is wrong with him. it could be that his eyes have failed to open. check if your city has a wild bird hospital where you can take him. if his eyes haven't opened, he needs medical help to survive. maybe email a veterinarian with pictures if nothing else?
