Any lanklets here?

I am 6'3" and 110 lbs. I have no energy and I think it is because I am a lanklet. I eat regularly, probably 1000 calories a day, I lift things and work on things outside that weigh around 20 pounds but I can't gain muscle mass or gain any weight.

How to fix?

Buy whey, casein, amino acids, glutamine, and creatine.

Get a hard workout.

Work out every single day, no matter what.

Take 20 grams of whey in the morning and 20 grams of casein at night.

Take 5 grams of creatine 60 minutes before a workout.

Take optional pre-workout 30 minutes before.

After your workout, take 5 grams of assorted amino acids, 5 grams of glutamine, and a 40 gram mix of whey and casein with a 1:1 ratio.

Eat at least 3500 calories a day, preferably 4500

Enjoy your gains.

I'm 5'7 and was stuck at 114 lbs for like 5 years. I've gotten up to 145 in the last few months. What worked for me was whole milk. A single tall glass is 300 calories and it's way easier to get down then solid food. Drink three of those a day and try to eat a little more and u will double your calories. Or add in protein powder for gaining mass and it'll be a few hundred more calories per glass.

I never get any exercise so I've gained some fat but ppl have been telling me I'm looking good. Girls would rather a dude be slightly chubby then a skeleton.
