You need to do it more, and you will get comfortable with it.

Problem is, many of us young guys today dont have a learners attitude towards dating.
After some age we take the burden of social stigma for virgins and keep on living while every year gets tougher until you either give up/kill yourself.
Thats not a way to live.
To become somewhat proficient in dating and knowing the sublime body language and skills we never learned, we need to expose ourselves to our faults and weaknesses and take them head on.
It's hard and even harder if you achieved success in other area of life, cause starting the women thing at 20 or 25 or 30 is devastating on the ego, but it needs to be done lest we find ourselves learning it at 40.

By learners attitude I mean - not beat yourself over your mistakes.
It took me 4 months to learn basic fingerstyle guitar, enough to impress me and some friends.
When we learn skills we need to be objective and we need to keep trying. When you make a mistake playing a guitar, you dont lose sleep over it. You keep doing the same part of song over and over and over until you do it right. And when you do it right you feel proud.
Same with any skill in life.
Being good communicator with women is no different. We must try and try and try and learn from our mistakes, and adapt the skill to our own style.
I think with proper hygene, style of clothing, and mindset it can be done.
