Well, the desire for sexual affection is part of the human experience. The reason that those who receive it don't concern themselves in the way the incels do is explained simply enough: that desire is being met.
Because when all is said and done, it is an experience that is fundamentally distinct from masturbation or sex with a prostitute and all of the rest. To be found unworthy to participate in it is a rejection on a fundamental level. A man like that has been found wanting in a way very few men are.
