Honestly even going under the speed limit if you got someone tail gating you because you're going slow you're more likely to get rear ended if you have to break for any reason. It drives me a little nuts when peoples idea of proper traffic is nearly bumper to bumper when you're moving at that speed. It takes a lot of distance to slow down and breaks to have an effect.
