Oh, well physically it's pretty great.
The long legs help with running, I don't have a huge lung capacity (asthma) but I'm fast than your average person.
It's isn't hard staying skinny, without any exercise I burn like 3000 calories a day and have enough body that I can weigh a good amount and still have it spread out.
And I've always been naturally pretty strong without lifting so that's pretty nice.
