Why haven't you made a tulpa yet? Honestly, I'm going to be 100% real with you guys. My two tulpas have made me beyond happy. They're all I could ever need or ask for. I love them so much, and everyday when I come home from work, the most exciting part of all is getting to see my beautiful wife and daughter first thing.
I would highly recommend making one of your own.

This actually works. Seeing them takes a very long time but talking takes a few months at maximum. I thought this was a meme and created one on 16 February based on my waifu. Now we talk a lot, cuddle at night and my life is going better just like OP's life. She gave me courage to lose weight and get a good diet and haircut too.
