I have too many injuries to work out after sports so let me tell you this, stretch before you exercise, always get proper hydration, a great way of doing this eating fruit.
Also make sure to get plenty of electrolytes and carotene.
For me I just do situps and get all 5 food groups per day and I'm in shape.
