Breakfast I had couple of pieces of chicken and wheat bread with peanut butter

dinner was a piece of chicken breast with spicy seasoning and a baked potatoe.

I also work overnights and don't eat anything until I get home for breakfast, than sleep til dinner and than chill before work. So I only eat 2 meals.

all of this was downed with seltzer water and gatorade and black coffee in the morning.

I'm absolutely certain pizza went last.

Breakfast I had a jelly donut with "Famous Amos" bite size chocolate chip cookies and a shit of espresso.

Lunch I had a cinnamon bun, twix and an earl grey tea.

Dinner I had sesame chicken with white rice with Cheez its and canned peach flavored green tea. I felt disgusted after eating the chicken.

I couldn't control my impulses so late night snack I had a chocolate chip cookie with hot chocolate and I felt very ashamed for eating all that and my lack of self control. I honestly think I have a food binge disorder or something. At least I'm not very fat, only chubby.

It's 11.40 am where I'm at right now. I've had porridge made from oats, a crispbread sandwich, a carrot and a cup of coffee. I've also went out on a brisk 40 minute walk, showered and groomed.

I'll give it a week before I'm back to licking cheesy dust off of my fat fingers and shitposting. Such is the life of a slob.

I lost about 40 lbs over 6 months then fell off hard and gained it all back in half that. You have to stay strong basically for the rest of your life because that fat asshole who wants to eat the entire row of oreos instead of two or three will always be there inside you.

The cravings stop after a while, yeah. But if you arent careful, that one piece of cake at a party can lead to a snowball effect and land you right back where you started, or even worse off.

It's better to keep your resolve and never give in, ever. I always get weird looks when I wont touch birthday cake or sweets at christmas, but it isnt worth the risk. not even once.

The birthday cake happened to me last time I tried losing weight. I lost around the equivalent of 10 pounds before there was a string of birthdays, and all of a sudden I was eating snacks and drinking coke every weekend. Before I knew it I started getting candy bars going home from work and gained it all back. At the same time I'm fucking disgusted by myself, and always feel remorseful after I eat.

I want off this ride.
