I go to sleep around 12, always wake up at 5AM and go back to sleep until 9 or 10AM

I guess it'll be something like sleeping from 8:30-9pm to about 4am. Shitty, but it's just for the summer, and pays pretty decently.
Go to be sometime between 10-11pm and get up at 5:30am. That's about to change though as I'm off for the summer.
5-6am to 1pm
weekends I stay up until about 7-9am and wake up about 5-7pm
bed usually around 4:30 AM, awake usually around 9:30 to 10 AM
11pm -> 8am
usually 11pm-6am, 7hrs is the sweet spot
when I was drinking alot like 1am-2pm
8am - 4pm
9 - 9:30 PM to 4:45 or 5 AM
It feels wretched compared to my old schedule of 12 AM to 8 AM and it physically hurt how tired I was changing to this new schedule.

You'll get used to it, senpai. I work 5am-1pm five days a week. On my days off I wake up early maybe 7am-8am. I do miss staying up late though; the world is quieter then.

My sleep schedule has become non-existent.
Sometimes I go to bed at 12pm (wake up at 4 am),
Sometimes I go to bed at 10am (wake up at 11am)
Sometimes I just don't sleep for a single or several days.
Fall asleep around 7 or 8AM. Wake up between 10AM and noon. Can't get back to sleep. Stay in bed until 7 or 8PM at night. Rinse and repeat.
I hate it. I'm tired all the time. I never see the sunlight. But I guess it doesn't matter since I'm too fucked up to leave the house anymore anyway.
