What house are you in? Did you make that vid? I wish i could show you my autistically organized morrowind bases and self made gallery/ musesum of artifacts. I turned the lighthouse in the first town you end up into into my musesum of RARE artifacts and had soul gems on display filled with the unique beasts of every kind so it would say what soul is in there. In the fire at the top of the light house i put the rarest of rare artifacts i wasnt using at the moment. dragonbone cuirass, helm of oreyn, daedric crescent etc. I have bases in balmora, ebonheart, sadrith mora, caldera near the merchant scamp, and like half a dozen others. Also i have a stronghold through the Telvani

Nothing more comfy that building a home for my colonists.
I get that it's not really supposed to be comfy. You're supposed to get raided all the time and deal with all sorts of catastrophes but I find the building part comfy as fuck.
