I used to feel self conscious about my looks, pre drinking before going out showed me that women value confidence amongst other attributes. I worked my way out of my comfort zone on a frequent basis while sober to try and change how I acted around others. I'm much happier as an outgoing person, but at the same time, relationships feel shallow.
