I just leave mine outside of my bedroom door and once a week my mom picks them up and empties them out for me. If you don't have someone to empty them out for you, maybe you could try emptying them out through a window and doing it at night so nobody sees?

I'm not like OP and I throw out my bottle regularly, but there are legit reasons to use them. I only use them when I'm drunk and my roomates have people over. I don't want to go out in case they try to talk to me so I piss in a gallon jug and throw it out with my trash the next day.

Not him, but I actually pee in bottles, yes I don't want people to see me, I live with my 2 brothers, and sometims I just don't get out or eat on days, or skip college I feel too embarrassed to be seen or something, I don't know I just keep pissing on bottles, and the I get shame because I keep pee bottles in a vicious cycle of shame.
