After a long week of work and other forced social interaction i like to be alone. Roommates are gone and i'm cozy as fuck sitting here thinking about all my regrets in life, just like i want to be.
I can't even contemplate anymore what it's like to be a normal person. I have no understanding of the need or want to be around other people. I think i've crossed a bridge somewhere in the last year or so where i've just left humanity behind. I'm just so disconnected from reality and the life and thought processes of normal people that i walk around and just feel like a different species that is observing the whole world around me, yet not participating.

Just got back from the gym. Was looking around tonight and it dawned on me, the only people at the gym on a friday evening are other losers. Other nerdy looking beta guys, older women and men (50+), people that don't go out on friday nights. It was never in my cards. On my way home I drove by a bar and through the front window I see loads of normal people around my age going in, nearly cried on my way home. I've tried multiple times to go out, been out with co workers. No matter how much I drank I still felt awkward. Even the girls were like "your friend is soooo shy", "he never talks". It was an nightmare.

When I was in HS I would borrow Dads car and drive to a campground nearby and sleep in the back, come home at 5 of 6am, Dad always slapped me on the back, asked how the night went, then put his hands on his ears and say "don't tell me, I was your age once, get in there and catch a few Z's"
I am at school now, go to class then back to the dorm, roommate moved out after a week, never gave me a new roomie
