Is it normal at 22 to get tired of going out? I felt myself wearing down at 20. Nowadays I hate partying, going to bars, festivals, or concerts. It just doesnt amuse me anymore. I rather stay home and watch netflix.
Is this what growing older is like?
Yes.
The next step is to start reading anti-capitalistic literature to get a grip of why things are that way.
Same might happen with any job you applied for in motivation, any group of friends you hung out with but now you can predict their every opinion and discussion, any girl who regularly invites you to her bed, and so on..

Keep posting randomly? I'm just reflecting on my own soul searching.
But I'm 30, have a comfy part time job and one or two girls to fuck, though - I mostly spend my time reading and try to formalize what I see and how to cope with it.
