Meal replacements. Slim Fast, Protein Shake, Sugar Free Jello and chicken breast. I had to flip my diet on its head but it worked wonders. MMA really whipped my ass into shape too.

Gone from fatbot to notfatbot, still working on the muscle part.
Also trying to kick the booze.

Feels pretty good, robot or no.

Any tips for muscling besides protein and lifting?

I try to hit at least 50 push ups a day. Just do ten like every hour like I do. It's good to get a routine going and it builds muscle in your arms all around.
